Enough.

Five years. Almost four thousand dead troops. Another nearly thirty thousand wounded. Something like a million Iraqi civilian casualties (it's somehwere in the ballpark of the number of civilians Saddam killed over his thirty five years in power).

It's senseless. It's immoral. It's smokescreen for a host of other atrocities. It's part of what's destroying not only this country, but countries around the globe. It's killing too many people, maiming too many people (both physically and emotionally), and leaving people at home and abroad destitute and devastated.

It's time it was over.
